“Even in the face of adversity, people can discover meaning, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward healing in ways that feel right for them.”

I offer a warm, compassionate, and person-centered space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they work through life’s challenges. My approach is humanistic and existential, with a holistic perspective at its center.

I am EMDR-certified and graduated from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School with an MA in Mental Health Counseling and a specialty in Addiction Studies.
